The new version of the GOP proposal is much improved over the first one that was based on Congressional Districts. They are doing it, of course, for the wrong reasons, party interest, but this would a huge improvement over the current system, giving PA a far more proportionally representative, i.e. more democratic, Presidential election and abolishing the disenfranchisement that a large majority of PA voters currently suffer with respect to the Presidential election. Funny how the Democrats are left arguing against democracy because it isn't in their party interests. They are suffering from the same disease as the GOP, but wind up on the side of suppressing the vote.
The article on GEO is well researched and documented. I have personal knowledge and experience with many of the players. Alan Bense, Charlie Hilton, Guy Tunnel.
They have strong provable links to the CIA and Russian Jewish Mafia as I personally know and have years of experience dealing with these people and I have written and published same in early and mid 2000's. They made me a target and along with Jeb Bush conspired to put me in prison and murder my family members for exposing their criminal acts and deeds, in "Insider-magazine.com" and my former news stand publication "Emerald Coast Insider".
As an investigative journalist I am constantly under attack from them. It is great value to read a factual article published which is accurate and not opinion based. I strongly support the author of the previous article and commend that person as worthy of public support in exposing the truth in the rush to criminalize and incarcerate Americans.

I guess Paul Ryan didn't care Mz. Rand was an Athiest and antithema of his, so called, Christian Beliefs. But her philosophy permeates their platform, their lack of empathy for the working class, labeling them TAKERS and wanting a Welfare State. That only a few are destined to rule and the rest of us are not even worthy of love. Their plan now is not to change their philosophy, just how they veil it or just not address it. You will never change these true elitists or their entitlement, arrogant attitude.
Particularly when said "things" concern potentially profitable ventures involving coal, oil, or natural gas.
Mr. Gorak, if your group is desirous of reducing immigration, I assume it is because you feel immigrants are taking jobs away from Americans. Well, would you be willing to give the fruit-pickers, meat-packers and lawn-mowers a living wage so that Americans might take over those jobs? If it is the high-tech jobs you are worried about, how about focusing on the quality of public education, which isn't producing enough well-trained young people? Barring immigrants from technical professions won't create any more qualified Americans. When businesses don't hire and when they do offer low and stagnant wages, how is this the fault of immigrants? Isn't in their interests to keep wages depressed? The proportion of national income accounted for by earned income has been steadily dropping, while unearned income (most of which has accrued a small fraction of the population) has gone through the roof. Doesn't that suggest something has gone very wrong with the economy that has NOTHING to do with levels of immigration, legal or otherwise? Stop scapegoating poor people and urge financial reform instead.
I watched the Frontline program and was astounded by Breuer's glib prevarications. It was as if he, himself, didn't believe the lies, but like a crook caught red handed, he did his deceitful best to dodge the questions and to avoid detection. Anyone who has ever witnessed a liar trying to avoid getting caught could plainly see that LIAR was writ large on his despicable face.
The question I have is not if Breuer found a conscience and resigned or whether he was asked to leave, but why is Holder still the AG? He is ultimately responsible for the Justice Department and Obama is responsible for both of them. I say, impeach Holder (is that possible?) and then go after Obama. They have both colluded with financial terrorists to keep the culprits out of jail. Bring back Elliott Spitzer.
No really, ALL the stories are true. Sure Whole Foods is ranked in Forbes "100 Best Employers", but that's only for those in the Management/Corporate sector. For us regular workers it was fxcked. Using a dubious company-wide "team member vote" they increased the required hours to get those often-advertised benefits from 5,000 hours worked to 10,000 hours (meaning after ten years of full time work you get full benefits), while keeping most of us at the 29 hour a week mark to avoid having to label us "full time" and therefore avoid the whole benefits issue entirely. Ask anyone over the age of 30 who USED to work there and they'll tell you all about this messed up company.
Like Clarence Thomas, Johnson at least HAS had enough sense to keep his mouth shut, when any utterance is virtually guaranteed to do him and his ideas in.
The full weight of the law must be brought to bear on this voter suppression and gerrymandering! No democracy can tolerate or survive such underhanded tricks and skullduggery; but I suppose after all that is the intent. It appears what we are encountering is an assault on the will of the people; an absolute power grab. The right-wing American Legislative and Exchange Council (ALEC) whose members are predominately American businesses and right wing conservatives have for many years steadily pushed a secret agenda to undermine the people and the government at all levels. They have poured untold millions into their KGB-like tactics of perpetuating propaganda and disinformation. Due to their bought-and-paid-for lack of regulations they were allowed to buy too much of the public air waves. They have for many years sent out their disciples to wag their boneless tongues, to malign and denigrate all who opposed them in an effort to gain control of how people perceived government and divert their attention from what was actually happening. They have vilified any and all who stood on the side of the people and democracy and they continue to do so today. It is their plan to cripple and tear down every government agency that receives tax money from taxpayers. They want it all privatized so they can get their hands on that big pie. I believe that would help businesses and their shareholders rather than most of the people in this country. It is not enough that the largest part of the wealth pie in the last 20 – 30 years has gone to the top few; they now want more of it. We are at the point that big banks on Wall Street, big oil companies, and mega corporations are dictating to the states and the federal government what they can and can’t do. How does this scenario differ from fascism? As an old daughter of the American Revolution I know this is NOT what our forefathers fought and died for! I do not see this as anything other than sabotage of our democracy. The Justice Department needs to do a lot of investigating of ALEC. However, they will have to do a much better job investigating ALEC than they have investigating Wall Street. If we ever hope to end this ongoing concerted plan to undermine America we must continue to call out these enemies of America and demand they be exposed for what they are.
She also took advantage of our Socialist Medicare when she was able to. She's been shown to be a hypcrite of the highest order. What she wrote and how she lived are not similar.

"Whole Foods" is neither completely organic, nor whole. If you shop there without a discriminating eye, you are allowing yourself to be deceived. It's not surprising that employees are treated without conscience. Profit is an addiction, when it comes at the expense of principle.

I think organizations and individuals like Whole Foods and Mr. Mackey are the most insincere and the most dangerous ones, because they pretend to be something and someone they are not.
They are supposedly so evolved and knowledgeable. They do yoga, have had private audiences with the Dalai Lama, have signed Warren Buffett's The Giving Pledge, are ethical vegans, care so deeply about the environment and send their kids to Waldorf Schools, while being Ayn Rand reading libertarians i.e. John Mackey or while supporting Republican Chris Christie for Governor of New Jersey i.e. Mark Zuckerberg. I guarantee you Mark shops at the Palo Alto Whole Foods.
I am so sick of these Yuppies pretending to be do-gooders, while exploiting and deceiving their fellow men and women. They do ''good'' only to fuel their own superiority complex and their fellow Yuppies fall for it and put them on a pedestal.

Not being unionized in and of itself does not mean labor abuse. Beyond Unions is merely a concept that seeks to grow beyond adversarial relationships. You never identified any abusive practice on the part of Whole Foods that would be improved through collective organizing.

TP needs to disassociate itself from Bush/Rove as it will go a long way as to getting people to at the very least listen to them. TPers can then pin that Mudd-like (Bush) label on the establishment candidates and if TPer wins their primary the dems won't be able tp use the Bush label against them.

Another one of it’s managers Nicholas Campiche ( Now Head of Pictet – Alternative Investments.) concocted a letter pretending to be a client and closed his account. The senior partner (Ivan Pictet.) sought to have numerous documents destroyed,along with those copies held in their London office’s of Pictet Asset Management. Initially stating that they were forgeries then their lawyers Peters & Peters – Monty Raphael Q.C.–and the barrister Charles Flint.Q.C. later had to admit in Court that the documents were genuine.

Why do people rail against the total number of workers in a given economy, while claiming to be on the side of economic freedom, doesn't that freedom also extend to the people who voluntarily hire their workers?
