Affordable Rates Coalition- Maine

There have been large newspaper ads (Paid Political Advertisements) recently in Maine paid for by Affordable Rates Coalition, MB 348, 11 Bangor Mall R., Suite D, Bangor, ME.The ads are in suport of state legislation LD 2041 to do with energy. Can anyone identify this group or tell me how I can do the research. Thanks
