If you notice that all the states that are on that ALEC list of bills are all Red states with Republican governors. In the State of Michigan Gov. Snyder passed the "Right to work" law and refused to let the public in while they did it. Also the "Emergency Manager" law that Michigan people successfully voted to get rid of in Nov 2012 was then re-passed with a no-repeal clause in it in a lame-duck session that the public had no idea was happening. There were a few other bills that where passed in that session that no one had any idea what was going on until after it happened. The Republican Governors of these red states are bought and paid for by corporations like the Koch bros. If Snyder ran Gateway computers into the ground what make him think he can run an entire state? Every bill he has passed has help big business and hurt the working individual.
